As the market continues to correct , desperate homesellers and builders are trying to come up with even more creative ways to unload homes. This video caught my attention because of the “Buy 1 , Get 1 Free” gimmick. Buy a “$1.6 million dollar home” and get ” a $400,000 home” for free. Wow , and I thought buying 3 tires and getting 1 free was a good deal for my car. This video is a great example of what sellers need to do today to stand out from the crowd. Selling in today’s market requires either exceptional pricing or outstanding marketing. The example of the fully renovated home vs the home without any renovations – both listed at the same price – is a good example of standing out from your competition. Of course every buyer will buy the fully renovated home first. Enjoy!
