Recent listing data in the Classics at Evergreen show some signs of seasonal uptick with 2 recent pending sales at the classics Townhomes in the Evergreen Foothills. After a 6-month buyer hiatus as evidenced in expired, cancelled and unsold homes 2 new townhomes are under contract. With the recent 75 basis point decrease by the FED we may even see more buyers coming off the sidelines as they have been waiting the market for some change. Also as we approach the Spring season where sales usually pick up let’s prepare for a better 2008.
